If I use a promo that requires me to change plans will I retain all my earned rewards?

@J-LIt is important to read the fine print. Some bonuses eg recent data bonuses requires you to stick to a plan with a minimum amount, if you change to a plan that is lower than that you will loose that particular reward.

Depending on the situation and also which reward. For loyalty (1 year +), referral and any amount your earn via community rewards they will stay with you for that month. However for autopay, when you change your plan, it get deferred for that month to until the next month, so the next month you will get 2xautopay. It is one strange quirk of the system.

If you do an immediate plan change, you get rewards for that month. Unless you run out of talk, text, data, always set change to happen during the renewal.
