I topped up my account but my plan hasn’t not been reactivated

You can try the lost/stolen remedy...log into My Account / Plan & Add-ons / Lost-Stolen. Click lost-stolen and Suspend. Log out and waait for 5 minutes, before logging in again and Resume service. Hopefully that will restart your service.

@kayspencer608 That's why someone suggested top up before renewable date even if you have auto pay. From now on I'll top up more fund on my account before renewable date, then I won't lost service.

If the account has been under suspension for 90 days or more, that account is closed. You'd have to get a new sim and a start all over again with a new account.

How long has it been suspended ?
