@davegoodbrand51

Just remember when changing plans there are two options.

1. Immediate plan change - you have to pay again immediately and will lose the remainder of the current plan cycle.

2.  Change plan on NEXT renewal day - current plan cycle runs out and you switch to the new plan on your next renewal payment.

Here are all the plans.

Cheers

Hi @davegoodbrand51

Can you login to your selfserve?

If yes you can change it here https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/?PageRedirect=Redi...

If you never registered for selfserve you can do it here https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

If you did, but you forgot your password you can reset it here https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/

If you are still struggling you can contact moderators directly here https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Cheers

Note:

1.  ifyou need data right now, your new plan will not be prorated, you will have to pay for the full 30 days without getting any credit for this current cycle. If you can live without the data until your renewal I suggest you schedule the change for the renewal.

2. If you are on promotion you may lose it even though you are upgrading, in that case it's better to contact moderators for some promotions they can upgrade you and reinstate the promo on your account, don't do it without them.

3. If you first decide to postpone your switch but you change your mind and go ahead and switch right away, your scheduled switch is not automatically cancelled, you will have to do it manually otherwise you may end up with a surprise switch especially if you are picking between different plans.

4. If you are on autopay or have other rewards they will not be credited to your account during the immediate switch, they should be credited to your account within 24 hours. If you don't get them, please contact the moderators and they will fix it

It is recommended to change your plan on next renewal so you don't lose any unused minutes/texts or data.

Hello!

Here you have a list of our plans --> Public Mobile plans. We are sure that you will find the best option for your needs. You can make the change from your self-serve account or you can ask our friendly chatbox to help you with this --> SIMon. 😊

@davegoodbrand51  you can only change the whole plan. To change it go into your self service account , choose the plan that you would like and choose change at next renewal date,  since change immediately loses you your present cycle money and charges you for the new plan immediately.

You should also consider the terms of your promotion if you signed up under one. For example, under the terms of the last promotion, the lunar promotion,  you will lose it if you switch plans.

@davegoodbrand51 Choose another plan in your self-service account or buy data addon.
