Hey, add-ons are a two step process.
1. Buying it to be charged for it by adding funds into your Public Mobile account balance.
2. Buying it again and being charged from your Public Mobile account balance. This is when you get the data add on.

Did you purchase it twice? First time it adds funds to your account. If you see that under Available Balance, then you need to purchase that add-on again.
