@DeathMammoth not necessary. Please see @RossN's reply. You've simply misread these two very similar-looking add-on names. @Triguy look closer 🙂
On a related note: although you don't have duplicates like you thought, if you ever did have two (or more) of the US Roaming Talk or two or more of the US Roaming Text active at once, it will cause issues using those services. If that had actually been the case, then contacting the moderators as @Triguy noted would have been your correct path.
