I have a $15 plan, but I cannot make calls or text messages

Voice message tells me I dont have a plan, when I do! Any ideas on how to solve this?

With sim in try connecting your iPhone to iTunes.See if it pushes any updates to your phone....

In that case there is nothing to do but as @Anonymous said, is to wait for the Mods. Did you get a ticket number when you submitted your issue?

There've been a rash of activation problems these days.

This company can't seem to leave well enough alone. And then they break things.

@dvspro  When you insert you card do you connect to Public's network? What kind of phone are you using? Try putting the phone in airplane mode for 15 minutes and then back to normal and try again.

I added $11 more yesterday, not sure what's happening here...

@dvspro In the past when the Lost/Stolen trick did not work, sometimes adding $1 to your account would help it reset. Even if this doesn't fix the issue, your $1 will be there for your next renewal.

Then you'll need the moderators.

There's the ? chatbot thiungy in the lower right but it's a hassle to get to a special form to submit a ticket. The pm might take longer or you can try to figure the magic words to get the form.

If you can't call out then maybe you've used the 100 minutes.

You could get the $5 500 minute add-on for when that happens. Great value.

Edit: Are you saying you can't send or receive text messages?

Did you just recvently renew?

What is the account status in your self serve account ? Try the lost/stolen feature. Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone. You could potentially lose any rewards that have.   Also try adding a $1 payment.
