I am unable to receive or dial any call from my number.

Hi Experts,

I haven't changed the phone or any plans but for the last 3 days I am unable to receive any call or dial. Only able to send messages and even unable to receive any message.

 

Help!

@kamranrasul  Check the envelope top right of this page is there a red dot there? If yes, you need to option the message and reply to the moderator. If not contact the moderators and ask for a status update.

 

Also check your phone and make sure you do not have do not disturb turned on your phone.

 

To contact Public Mobile click here. The link  sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Moderators are available: M-F from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time and S-S from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern time.

Raise a ticket to the Moderator team through private message and explain. They will definitely help you to solve your issue...

Which plan do you have? 

If you have a plan with limited minutes per cycle like the $10 or $15 plan, you have have used all your minutes and text messages.  Check your usage line on your overview page after login.
