I am trying to change my plan from an old outdated plan. It seems like it is not possible to change the plan online. They tell me to call *611 to change the plan, but it seems like there is no way to change the plan by calling. Any advice on changing my plan?

I went for the 35$ with 1 GB data. Was about time I changed! My previous plan was identical without data and was costing 33$ after all the price hikes they did to the old plans. Glad I finally took the time to make the change 🙂

Update: I have changed my plan by using the call center.

@oldtimerchangin, is your account currently suspended? If it is, you must contact a moderator in order to get the plan changed. If you are on a legacy plan (a plan from before Jan 27, 2015), you should have access to human phone support using *611.
