Having issues

Hello I got a 40$ phone card today, usually I get a 50$ one but got told at the gas station they don't do 50$ so added the money to my account but my phone still didn't work so I tried to change my plan and now my phone isn't working at all and in not sure what to do now

I tried to change my plan aftwr so that the 40$ covered everything but now I can't even call a local number says I don't have an active booster

@GizmocaaDoes the $40 cover your plan? When is your renewal date? The selfserve is not working right now, so I suggest wait a little bit and wait for it to come back on line.
