I'm reading that cruise ships use AT&T. So technically roaming would work? Can anyone confirm that's tried it?

Last cruise I went on we had two public SIMs, both could send and receive texts as well as make phone calls for free. Pretty sure it was a bug......this was in Dec 2017.

Most cruise ships are specifically NOT part of USA so far as roaming goes

Just because the cruise ship uses at&t, that doesn't necessarily mean the ship is designated as part of the US as far as roaming goes.
