Freedom 12gb plan only registered as 6

Hey i recently got the plan and I just got a text saying I used 75% of my data. When I checked self serve it's only showing 6gb. Would love some help.

Did you follow the instructions provided to contact the moderators?  Check your private messages (envelope icon near top left corner).

Contact a mod , they will help you out getting it to 12 GB
Send them a private mail with your email and phone number and they will help you out.
