Entering PrePaid Vouchers

Hi there!

 

I am new to public mobile, and have started a plan, and the only issue i have encountered is that when i go to put the number for my Voucher in, it is telling me that it is invalid.

I bought the voucher around 36 hours ago, and even after 24 hours it is not working.

I would really love to figure this out as i spent $50 on vouchers.

I'm sure you'll want to keep trying to enter the vouchers you have, using the suggestions offered here, before buying more vouchers.

If calling 611 and the voucher is still not accepted, take a picture of it and send it to the moderators. Should this be the route you take you will probably need to buy a voucher to top up while they investigate and get back to you, as this can take several days.

@nadiab13 hi have you tried *611 on your phone?

Make sure you are using th pin on the reciept.   Enter in using *611 on your phone.

@nadiab13 If you bought them from a store the number you need is a 12 numerical digit pin on the receipt, not on the voucher itself. You can also try using Chrome in incognito or calling 611 and entering it into your account there.
