Did not get the offer - Extra data

I registered for a offer(1 gb data) and received a code a  few days back.  I port my number to Public today. Took a plan for $25/month. However, not seeing any extra data in my account.

Terms were (within 30 days):

  1. Bonus data will be automatically applied to eligible rate plans within 30 days of activating, and for 6 months after activation.
