I can confirm that 75% and 95% of allowance is where you get a usage notification via SMS. It's sometimes a bit delayed so you might go over 75% or 95% before you get that text message.
Once you hit 100%, it will suspend your ability to access the Internet. It will show it's "Zero Balance" page if you attempt to access the Internet. MMS services will still work with data services enabled.
Keep in mind, I believe those usage alerts calculate the percentage after adding up both your in plan allowance and addon allowance, as I didn't get any messages on this billing cycle, as this is the first cycle that I also had the free 1GB promo on my account.

@RecoveryI have 2 accounts that went over the 75% mark the last 2 months and none of them got a text message from Public Mobile warning that it is over the 75%. Still a while from 95% but we will see.

Yes, you will be sent a notification at 75% and 95% remaining data usage.

When the data is used up, you won't be able to use the network. No overcharge so I guess it's ok to just use as you like.
