This rarely happens but it's not unheard of.
You should consider creating a support ticket. Explain your issue to SIMON, the ? comment bubble in the bottom right.
Use as few words as possible to allow the BOT to understand you better. Answer his questions until you get to here:
Click on "Submit a ticket" and the Moderator team will take over your case and respond to your concern within 48 hours. May take longer, but the promise of the new Ticketing System was that it will reduce these wait times.
Monday to Friday: 8AM- midnight EST
Saturday and Sunday: 8AM- 10PM EST
When my plan renewed this month my data didn’t reset. What do I do.
Try lost/stolen trick open ticket in Simon. Open the chat and tell it to contact moderators.
You will need to contact moderator team. Click on the '?' at lower right corner of page, and you can ask 'Simon' for assistance. Type something like data reset as the question. It should get you to open a 'ticket'. once you fill in the required info, the moderators will (eventually) get back to you. Could be a few days though, since they seem to be backed up a bit.
