Hi, I can’t use my data anymore, I had some left and I even bought a 1gig add on and I still can’t use it. Why am I unable to use data?

Some things to check..

 

1) When was addtional data added? Sometimes it takes 24 hours.

 

2) Check if data cap was accidentally turned on under Settings of your phone. 

 

3) Check if mobile data was accidently turned off (common issue) on your phone, under Settings.

@Cbreda1 hi what does it say in your data and addon section of your self serve account? if there is nothing there than it's been all used

@Cbreda1What does the front page of your selfserve account say? If there is no listing of the extra data bucket that you had purchased that means you have burn through that bucket too.
