Well...this is a little more of a hands-on kinda place. Unlike the more expensive full-service kinds of places.

Have a go with the suggestions and ask more questions.

when i try to change the APN type its only giving me 3 options.

either..

internet+mms

internet

or

mms

 

what do i do??

@isabellelabelle Please make sure your data is enabled from the phone. Your phone should be unlocked.

So you have a Samsung Galaxy S3. What exact sub-model is it? More info on that please.

On a sticker somewhere? Battery compartment? Maybe down in some About phone menu item somewhere. I'm not too up on Android.

I'm just trying to see if your phone is compatible with data frequencies here.

Maybe another way is...did you bring this phone from another provider and if so which one?
