Data not working on iphone 6/ios12.

Apn sertings verified to be correct

Plan includes 4gb of data that I cannot use

 

Pleas help

Is this a new account? Or did you have data working before on another phone? That could help in identifying if it is a phone issue or an account issue.

also check for a carrier update, (different than regular updates)

 

this is all assuming you are a new customer who has not used any data and that you have data on your plan.  

 

most common issue for existing customers to not have data is that they used it all up.

Tried the above suggestions.  Maybe re-boot phone if you have not already.  I also have a iphone 6, but I just needed to put in my SIM card and data started working.  It was used previously on Fido and Wind/Freedom mobile.  

 

if you have another phone lying around, try the SIM card in the other phone. To determine if hardware versus mobile issue.

Not iPhone user but from what I recall

 

Sometimes:

1) a network setting reset is required

2) factory reset might be needed

3) delete  current Apn and re installw

 

 

Also was iPhone from freedom?  ( Can't remember if it they had some special settings)

 

@Luddite any suggestions?
