Data cut off even though I still have data on self serve

How do I get some help when they seem to have cut off my data and I still have data left on self serve.  I purchased the $50 plan.

Try the following:

1.  Restart you phone with data enable

2.  Test your PM SIM card with another known working phone to eliminate hardware problem.

@33Tara33Have you checked everything on your phone's end?  Any chance you have inadvertently disabled data, or something like that?  If not, and your self serve shows that you have data, you might need to contact moderaotr team to get it resolved.  Have you tried restarting your phone (I know it seems stupid, but...)  Also, you could try reporting the phone as lost, and then report it as found.  This often resets the account provisioning.  Otherwise, use SIMon (The questionmark in lower right) to initiate a ticket with moderators.
