Data Speeds

Hello,

Wondering if there was a way to check what speed (3G, LTE etc) I have with my current plan. I can't seem to find that detail anywhere when looking at my current plan on the website.

Thanks!

@helenhelen Fall 2017. Longer than I first thought before checking: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Plans-Add-Ons/Share-Your-3G-Real-World-Experience/m-p...

Looks like I'm on LTE. Probably have had this plan for a couple years now...

@ijeung  When you access your selfserve on the first page under the My Data and Add-ons section it will show your current data info. If it does not say 3G then your speed is LTE.

@ijeung PM's speeds are 4g LTE  throttled to 3 mbps And 3g unthrottled max between 21 mbps and 42 mbps depending on the 3g band connected to.
