My data expired  before the due date and I added money but that wasn't activated immediately. I received a text message on 21st Nove that my plan has been renewed but I notice I couldn't connect to the internet. Only for me to check my account balance and it's reading $3. I don't understand, what happed to my money?

@OllyB  Your plan renewed on the 21st and your payment came out but your data is not working? Reboot your phone first and check your account to see if your new cycle of plan data is showing under your plan.

Is it only data that's broken? Go to selve serve. Maybe the counter didn't reset.
