Credit card issue

Can't pay through credit card my account keeps saying "Unable to process this transaction.

 

Sorry, we are unable to verify your credit card information, so this transaction could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged."

 

Account #1000000xxxxxxxx

 

But I just bought online something it works everywhere else and even tried my wife's credit card same message so please help me pay for my account. Thanks. My account is due tomorrow. I called credit card company and they said everything is good from their side please help me pay for my account. Every credit card I use keeps giving same message. I have used same credit crad before no problems before.

It's just text. Some people even bold things when they're replying to something in particular. Not needed in this case...just saying that it's just text.

Please don't put your account number right here, because this is public forum. Did you use phone or computer to pay? For security reason I would suggest use computer to pay.

We've all been there...if you're going to suggest that someone removes private information then ya gotta make sure your quote has it removed too.


I didn't know I can remove someone's account number at post. Thanks you tell me, I edited my post.

Try using Google Chrome Browser Incognito Mode

If you live in an apartment building, don't put your apartment# or suite# in Apt# field. Put your apartment# or suite# together in the Street Address field like 123-456 Anywhere Street.

 


Also no space when entering your postal code.

"We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Visa Debit cards that have been issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and are associated with addresses in Canada or the U.S. If you are using a payment card, leave the apartment/suite number in the payment information section blank."

 

I have also read on another post about the postal code being maximum of 6 characters on PM site. So if your credit card company has your postal code as "A1B 2C3", try entering only "A1B 2C" on PM site.  Please keep us updated here.

@kasmanisuhail  You could try clearing your browser cookies/cache and browsing incognito mode. Or try it with another browser (such as Firefox, Chrome, Opera).
