Hi I am having issue with my data usage please help me to change a plan with more data I am ur old customer looking a plan have good price and more data please help me to sort out this issue I don’t want to go to another service and one thing more I need another SIM card for my son Apple Watch

Whatever plan you decide on changing to, remember that unless you set the system to perform the change for you automatically at the time of the next renewal, you will lose whatever has been paid for the current price plan and the remainder of the time remaining on that plan. An immediate plan change is an option, but I would only considered that if data has completely been used up.

@5192226766  what's your data usage like? And what plan are you currently on? PM doesn't support Esims. Does your son's Apple watch have a physical SIM slot?  Thanks.Stay safe.
