I add dollars to my account but I still cannot use the data or go on the internet. I don’t know what happens.

@Sylviaxmy did you literally only add funds to your account?  What were you TRYING to do?  Were you trying to buy a data add-on?  If so, there is a second step it sounds like you may not have completed.  See here:  HOWTO: Purchasing Add-ons.  OR, were you trying to renew your plan early?  If so, you will need to contact the moderator team via private message to make the request.  See here for how:  How to Get Help - Community

I had the same problem.  It was the APN settings.  Follow this link, I think it should help. 

 

For Android:

For IOS:

Did you buy the correct addon?...not aroaming data addon by mistake?..it happens....

If your service is Active status then looking further down into the data & add-ons area...do you see a line about the quantity of data?

If not then you've consumed it all.

Did you ever have data working with this service AND this phone?

What plan do you have?  Is your data turned on? Do you see "4g" or "LTE" next to the signal bars on your phone? (with wifi off)
