Cancel the US roaming add on

Hi

I added US roaming data by mistake. Can u cancel it?

@jdime2020  I don't believe OP ever replied back to say if moderators gave a refund or not, but sending a message to moderators would be your first step.  Most of the time they will be sympathetic to errors and may offer you an account credit to be used against another add-on or next payment cycle.  They may just swap the wrong add-on for the one you wanted.

Type your issue and then select contact us/moderators, then submit ticket when those options appear and follow the rest of the prompts to finish submission.

More likely you'll be given a credit which will reduce your required payment on the next renewal, or can be used for an add-on you do want.

For whatever can be done, you will need assistance from the Moderator Team. Click this: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 to send a private message to them with a description of the issue. Sometimes they answer within in 24 hours, but usually take several days.

Do not send multiple messages. This increases the queue and adds to the time moderators take to locate all your messages.

 

Please let us know how you make out. It will help us all understand the current response time.

You'll need to message Moderator_Team by clicking the envelope icon top right of your post or here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

 

Only they can access your account.  They usually try and help for anything done in error, although this being prepaid, there is no guarantee.  Hearing back from them could take upto 3 days.  Good luck.

you cannot cancel, but u can send private message to Mod team to have a try if they can give a goodwill credit.
