Can't make outgoing calls

Have the $15 plan that is active and gives 100 Canada wide minutes outgoing and unlimited incoming. But when try to call out it says "Sorry you dont have an active long distance add included on your plan". This is new ..worked before until recently.

 

My Plan
 
  • This plan includes: -
  • - 100 Minutes Canada-Wide Talk + Unlimited Incoming Minutes
  • - 250 MB at 3G speed
  • - Unlimited International Text

Well, I quickly added them up, using the call log you posted, and I believe it was more like ~39 minutes.

 

In any case, I see you found more pages of usage..... so, do they add up to over 100 minutes?

 

One other thing about the $5/500 mins. add-on that other folks have mentioned - those minutes roll over each renewal, until you use all of them. 👍🏼

You are correct. Even if you count the incoming calls, it is less than 100 mins combined.

 

Can you check your log again? Are there additional calls you may have missed?

Call time is rounded UP to he next minute; so 1 second counts as a minute, 3:01 as 3, etc. If you cannot see an "add-on" with minutes under Plans & add-ons it's been used. Cheapest solution is to purchase the $5/500 minutes add-on.

@Jamiebouchie Since the calling minutes line no longer appears on your account, it looks like you have used all your calling minutes for this cycle.

 

You can buy 500 minutes of Canada-wide calling add-on for $5.

 

Note that purchasing add-ons is a 2 step process:

If you can get a screen shot of the overview page that would help out more.  Just remove any personal information.  Remember each call  is at least 1 minute and all others are rounded to the next minute

@Jamiebouchie Plz don't publish your call log here for all to see. You can click on the 3 dots at top right of your post and select "edit reply".

 

You have to check your overview under "My Data & add-ons". If you no longer see your line of Canadad-wide calling minutes, it means you have used them all.

 

You can purchase add-on for $5 which will give you 500 minutes of Canada-wide calling.

Have you used all of your minutes?  If you log into the self-serve and don't see Canad wide calling XX/100 min means you have used up all of your muinutes
