Make sure your phone compatible is with public mobile. What is the make and model of your phone? https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/check-your-phones-compatibility

 

Are you able to try your sim on another phone to test it out?

 

If nothing works, your account might not be properly provisioned. You will need to contact moderators. Click on the green question mark at bottom right to get started. Enter your question into SIMon. Follow/invent prompts until you get to the Contact Us button, click it and a Submit Ticket button should appear.
