Can’t access my data

I still have over 500 megs of data but I cannot access it for a few days now can anyone help

While this could be an APN setting issue, I am leaning towards it being a plan glitch or you running out of data since it sounds as if the data was working before.

 

Your thread has been moved from The Lounge because many people won't see it in there.

 @1958 If you log in to your self-serve and look down in the Data & Add-ons area...do you see a line item about data and consumption? If not then you've used it all.
