Can not access my Data

I bought a new phone recently and lost access to my data. I have the same SIM card as I had previously. The new phone is an Asus phone. My daughter has the same issue.

Does your daughter have the same phone?

Is her case also a new phone and old SIM?

Login to your account and see if data shows under Data & Add-ons. If not, you've used it all up. If there, follow the suggestions already given for APN after being sure cellular data and roaming are ON.

Have you checked the apn settings on it?  

Here is a great site to setup your APN and instructions on how to do it.  Find the APN Settings for Public Mobile here!
