Can a voice minute add on be added to a data only plan?

If a plan does not have voice minutes, is it possible to add on minutes?

As others have pointed out, a PM voice add-on is unavailable.  But you can make Canadawide voice calls through your data plan by instaling a WiFi service like Fongo.  (Free and can also be used on wifi, of course, without consuming data.)  And there's WhatsApp for international voice and SMS, although the app must be used at both ends of the conversation.

Also as a FYI you will not be able to receive sms either if you do not have the sms included in your plan.

No you need voice in your base plan to purchase any Talk addon.

No sorry it isn't possible...no minutes in your plan you can't buy add-on with minutes...
