The competition just increased their prices. Well actually it is a roll back on plan features which is effectively a price increase. Beware of the potential for a competititve offer.

We've seen this again & again.
They cut a plan offering, only to bring it back 6-months later a big promo.
If you follow the competition; they play the following games:
- exclusive offers to new customers
- exclusive offers to select existing customers
- rentention offers
- customer win back offers
- short time promotions
- etc. etc. etc.
Don't worry until it happens. Sit back & relax and enjoy life. 
The reason for my switch is that I'm tired of calling up customer service and begging for a competitive plan or rention plan. Or listening to someone else brag that they got a better deal than I did from the same carrier, only because they were better at begging or willing to continually call rententions until they got that "magical" plan.

@will13am That will affect high usage of data customers. Will see what PM do then.
The problem is Public Mobile has a huge gap in their plan offerings. Downgrade from the 5GB plan and the next package is 1GB. I would hardly say that 1GB is enough even for light users.
