Auto renew when data runs out?

TeelaBrown

Ok help me out guys... I am on a 90 day plan, so I have a nice wack of data to use over a 3 month period. Most of the time I do not need that much, but occassionally I am going to use up a ton at once (tethering my laptop). When/if I run out of data there is really no reason for me to wait until the end of the 90 day plan is up because ...well the data is gone.

Is there a way to renew automatically when my data runs out? I would be worried that if my data ran out, I would have no way to log in and manually do it?

Or would I have to manually do it?

Is this a terrible idea? Am I missing something? In my head, there is no reason why I would not just refresh my 3 months? Thoughts?

Unfortunately, yes, this is a terrible idea. One of the main selling points of PM is no surprises. Can you imagine the bill if someone got hold of your phone a binge watched all 5 seasons of Breaking Bad over the course of a weekend, all the while your data was auto-renewing so as to not miss an episode.

No surprises. If you want to renew, you have to manually go through the steps. No surprises.

@TeelaBrown You can manage your data by using app to make sure it doesn’t run complete out before you send a private message for Mods to renew it early for you.  include your account# or phone#, as well as your account PIN (if know) to help speed up the identification process.

You can't autorenew early.  You can buy data addons or you can add the cost of your plan and private message the mods to renew your plan early but you must have the funds in your account.
