So after I thought i fixed my issue. I'm still having no text in or out.
-My plan expired due to lack of funds.
-I had 40 account balance, so dropped to lower tier plan.
-then I had no add ons. But on self serve. It showed I did. And was paid and active for another month.
- did the lost/stolen reset trick.
- I thought it worked.. data, calling in and out. But texts are not working. Not receiving any errors of failure to send back.
I'm Android. GAL S7. Good service.
I have reboot the phone many times. And tried airplane mode. Repeated the lost stolen truck. But still no luck with movement of messages.
Any ideas to try before escalating.

I think you need send a private message with your Public Mobile phone number to MOD.

Sometimes the lost phone/found phone toggle is not enough to reawaken the account. A $1 top up can also help.
