When you log into your self serve account the 500 minutes should be displayed on the first page after logging in under the Data and Add-ons section. If it does not, and the funds are still in your account balance, you will need to still make the purchase.
Public Mobile's self serve system does not allow customers to purchase an add-on if the funds aren't already in the balances. In those cases, the seemingly logical purchase steps would do nothing more than perform an account top up.

It should show on the overview page. If it's not there, you may have only completed one of the two steps.
