I supposedly set up my phone last week and it's still not working, this is a dam fiasco & I wasted $75

I want a refund!!!!!

Your screen shot is not showing any addons even data.  When did you reactivate your account? When you say reactivate is this a fresh start of a new 30 day plan?

And how about a screenshot of the Overview page?

 

You could also try the little trick of putting in a dollar to give it another kick in the pants to go.

@emadzingo How about other services such as Text and Data? Are they working? Do you have Talk in your plan?

 

EDIT: As per your ss above, everything looks good in your account. Not sure what the issue is. It looks like you will have to wait for the mod to reply. They are busy so wait time is more than usual.
