I've added 1GB add on and I had 500Mbs left so I added another 1GB knowing that my Add Ons Data will carry over to my next pay period which is in 2 days. Public Mobile REMOVED my 500MBs when I added the extra 1GB!!

@Savanawassim one addon doesn't cover another one. If 500mb disappeared, that means they were used. However, there may be a system mistake, so you could contact moderators to investigate your case.

The add-on should remain in your account until used up. Check your self account under data and add-ons. If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

Adding data doesn't remove another add-on. More than one might get added together. If the 500MB is gone, it means it's been used.

@Savanawassim check to see if the 500mb was an addon, that they didn't combine the 2. And check your usage history to see If Its been used up. If this isn't the case or you feel that PM made a mistake. Contact the moderators and ask them to look into it for you. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.
