Activating my plan

I've waited forever for a moderator to simply change my plan as my previous plan was expired. Can someone help me please

But you would lose your current phone number doing so; numbers may not be transferred between PM accounts.

It is a quirk of PM's self serve system that only one's current plan can be reactivated after expiry without moderator assistance.

If you have already contacted the mods, unfortunately, the only thing you can do is wait. I've been reading a few posts and it seems that the mods have been taking longer to reply this weekend, so you'll have to be patient.
