Account Suspended after payment with different card and change of plan

Still not recieiving service. Changed plans July 4th and it is July 7th and still have no service. There are enough funds in the account, a plan is selected, but it still indicates that the account is suspended.

When adding new CC,  REMOVE old CC number firrt. It works alot better thet way.

Try the lost phone trick. To report your phone stolen.  Login to your account.  Choose  Plans and Add-ons tab. Then choose  Lost/Stolen Phone  tab.  The choose  Suspend Service  tab.  Logout.  Wait few minutes.  Login in and report your phone found.   Also try adding a payment of a $1.  If you still have problems tthen  contact a moderator by messaging them.   Moderator can be reached at  https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Try changing plans once more; pick change now as the option and then reboot your phone.

If that fails, you need assistance from the Moderator Team. Click this: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 to send a private message to the moderator team with a description of your issue. Usually they answer within in 24 hours, but can take a few days.

Do not send multiple messages. This increases the queue and adds to the time moderators take to locate all your messages.
