I have auto pay and I also have $100 balance on my account and it has been suspended for insufficient funds. I can’t make a payment because it says payment due is $0.00 so I can’t reactivate my account

@Tyler_haw It says that your renewal date is today, it is normal for your account to say expired, your phone should still be working. Sometime today your payment will be processed, and your plan renewed, your account status will change back to Active by tomorrow.

If your phone is NOT working then you will need to contact the moderators.

Is your phone on service? Can you make calls, sent text? If the answer is yes, then don’t worry about account status, otherwise contact moderator team:
