5G data promotion

I am new customer.  Why didn’t I get the 5G data promotion when I signed on with Public mobile?   I received the new SIM card and signed On before promotion deadline!  If this is not resolved I may close this account and return to my previous supplier!

No promo code was sent with that promotion and it's not mentioned in promo details.

  1. Did you register beforehand for the promotion by entering an e-mail address on the promotion landing page, THEN activate with that same e-mail address before the specified deadline for the promotion, and,
  2. Did you register on a plan value of $25.00 or higher

If so, you're eligible to receive the 5 GB bonus data which should be showing under your Data and Add-Ons section on your self-serve landing page within 30 days of activation.

 

If AFTER 30 days it did not apply, contact Public Mobile moderators to inquire.

@morrobinson  If you fulfilled the promo conditions and your first renewal has been processed without the bonus data appearing contact the moderators by opening a trouble ticket.

To obtain a ticket, click on https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and enter your question in SIMon. Follow / invent the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button, click on it and a Submit Ticket button should appear. To confirm that your ticket has been submitted, check the SEND box in your private messages; click on the small envelope next to your avatar at the top right of your screen.

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators, but this alternative contact method may have a longer response time. Click: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
