400 International Long Distance minutes add-on does not show up on my account

I currently have a plan that includes an unlimited provincial talk and would like to add 400 International Long Distance minute add-on. However, it's not showing up in the add-on section of my account:

Where can I find the Int long distance add-on? or is this not available to me for some reason?

@christmastree, add-on purchase is a two step process.  Take a look at this link for an illustration of the steps.  BTW, the add-on you are looking for is in the talk column, second from the top.
