$40 Plan with 1GB bonus add on

Hey guys,

There's a $40plan with 1GB and a promotion of 1GB bonus add on happening right now. Is the bonus add-on going to be renewed each month, i.e. you will receive 1GB extra every month or is it a one-time bonus? 

Also, right now I'm on a 90-day plan (March 11-May 11). If I switch in May, will the prepaid plan be automatically updated to the new $40 plan on May 11?

Not that you're asking, but why not go with the 3+3gb plan?

Use the builder, select:

- 90 day
- province wide walk
- International text
- 3 + 3gb at 3g speed

For $120. Which works out to be $40/month, which is the same price you're going to pay anyway. Or, you can double that, to 6 + 6gb, for only $5 more per month. And, as always, with autopay, take off another $6/90 days.

 Additional addition: There are plans that are cheaper with added text than without because of the 3-option bundle. Take some time to play with the plan builder.

Are you referring to the 3G speed plan?  This "bonus" data has been around for months.  You get the "bonus" every month, so it is effectively 2GB/month.

You are correct about changing your plan.  If you "future-date" your plan, it will change over on your renewal date of May 11.
