@Nafiur

You have two options when you choose to change plans:

1. Immediately - you will lose whatever is remaining in your present plan

2. At next renewal - automatically renewed.

Since you are going down in price plans, sometimes there is a glitch in the system when your auto-renewal fails.  You may want to manually load enough funds to cover your $30 plan.  Then autopay should work by just taking $25 plan.

You can put in the plan change right now if you like.

@Nafiur  you need to change the plan before your next renewal.

You can schedule the plan change right now. Pick new plan and click "change at next renewal".

It is on the right side when you select new plan.(technically the left but looking at the screen it would be right)

@Nafiur , you most definitely can change to a currently available plan at any time.  Be mindful if you do an immediate plan change you will forfeit any remaining time in the current plan cycle.  Unless absolutely necessary, it would be best to have the plan change take effect on the next renewal.

You sure can. Make sure to select change at next renewal.

To do a plan chance click "change plan" select the plan you want.

You have two options.

1= Change now - (It will say top up now if you don't have funds to cover new plan).

Not advised to pick this one.You are charged right away for new plan and no refund on unused days from old plan.

2= Change at next renewal. The choice you want to pick. Your new plan you pick will be scheduled to start at your next payment due date and you will be charged then for the plan.

To add auto-pay. Click "Payment" then manage auto-pay. (Not for you since you already have autopay on but for others reading)

Yes.

If you’ve changed your plan prior to your current plan renewal date, you will receive your Reward credits after you have paid for the new plan, within approximately 24 hours. Rewards will be applied normally from then on.

@Nafiur

Yes, you can keep your rewards if you switch plans.  I would suggest switching plans at your next renewal.  Public mobile does not pro-rate plans.
