$20 talk,text and data add on is missing

I tried to purchase the above add on and it is no longer in the menu.

has it been removed? 

Are there any pans to replace it?

I am assuming this is for the US roaming ?

It should still be there, maybe try changing the browser, use Internet explorer , clear chache or use incognito mode in Chrome
