Is the incoming texts included in the $20 ulimited talk plan?

$20 Unlimited province wide talk, no txt/mms, no data on a 30-day plan is $22 with autopay to make it $20 by $2 credit (full price first month, $4 credit 2nd month, regular $2 credit onging at 3rd month)

From my understanding oficially no.but I honestly am not sure I don't think anyone has reported either way.

In the USA you are not supposed to have service but you still can receive texts without an add-on

If it is just a talk plan with no texting then there is no incoming or outgoing text.
