this has been a common issue.
add funds to reach 120$ then do an mmiediate plan change to the 120 one you orriginally wanted. this will reset your plan.
mods will then credit you the extra you paid.
you will need to message the mods expaining your situation.

1) account email address

3) explanation of what is happening
