Hi and good afternoon on the part where it shows me my plan it says I have a bonus one gigabyte but I can't figure out how to activate it can you please do this for me

I'm at work and away from my laptop but is there anything where people who never had data, need to be updated by @CS_Agent to be able to access free data?

Make sure you setup the APN settings.  Here is a thread with the info.
