Trying to login into my account but it is not letting me on self serve, want to switch to new plan

 

Hello team,

 

I am trying login to my account but it is not letting me on self serve, I want to switch my plan online. I can't seem to do this and when I hit forgot password, it says 'Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address.' 

I want to log in to self serve and set up my auto pay and switch to this plan: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/plans/25for500MB-3Gspeed

 

Also, will I be able to recieve the 5gb data in this: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/plans/5GB-bonus

 

I am a pioneer customer for a while, will I get my loyalty credit for this plan?

If you can't log into your account to change your plan, you'll need to contact the moderators...Click this to message them.

It could take up to 48 hours for a response...but usually much less.

The 5gb Data was a one time bonus for new customers only, and it's already expired.

You won't lose your loyalty reward for changing your plan.

Productioncommunity.public mobile.tld

 

Are two separate platforms from what I can tell. Your login criteria changes between the two with regards to asking for.your username or asking for your email address.
