I tried to call

Not option to talk to a human

This is bull**bleep**

I've been a loyal customer 

And I didn't switch before when they offered incentives

Now they force me to not have call service and not incentives 

Can't even call public mobile to complain 

Over all very unhappy with the way they are treating there long time customers

Its vary hard to get a hold of the Moderator Team in our Community. the call Centre was faster and there was no this link has expired crap...

@marc_mib, as a nonlegacy subscriber, I’ve never had the ability to have access to the call centre, and in my 2 1/2 years here, have had all my issues dealt with quickly and properly via the community members and moderators.

 

Most issues can quickly be resolved with a little help from the community.  Only account issues need the assistance of the moderators.

 

i haven’t read the entire thread yet, but I see this is in relation to the announced closing of the call centre for legacy members.  If you haven’t already, please create your own thread for whatever your issue is, and the members here will be more than happy to assist.
