@Shelby1 I notice your APN Type is not set.  Some phones that seems to work fine but as you're having issue, try setting it to what my phone is set to, which is "default,supl,mms" but without the quotes (and no spaces before or after the commas).  Make sure you reboot after editing the APN.

I have a Samsung s5 it's says 4G LTE

gishan site that NDesai linked? I have never heard of this I will check it out

I apologize if the wording I chose came across negatively. You asked about gishan. NDesai gave you the link. Apparently you hadn't read his reply. I was nudging you in that direction. The regulars here all too frequently get people not answering the fact-gathering questions leaving things open to speculation. Or not reading replies.

And of course text can often be mis-interpreted without expressions from verbal cues.
